AI-Powered Support Simulation

Storyline + Copilot Studio · In development

A conversational training platform where learners troubleshoot with an AI that role-plays the customer, then coaches them afterward — replacing static branching with real, adaptive conversation.

I own the solution end-to-end — our LMS, our Copilot instance, our Storyline/SCORM file — and it scales from 2 scenarios toward 5 and beyond with minimal updates and no webserver changes.

Two bags of shelf-stable meals left on a neighbor's doorstep

Baggin' Meals

Community project · Website + Glide app · 2020–today

Born during the pandemic to feed neighbors who couldn't get to a grocery store. I researched and wrote recipes built entirely from shelf-stable ingredients — each one packed in a brown paper bag with a recipe card and left on doorsteps, at churches and schools.

As it spread, I built the website to hold every recipe, then a Glide app so anyone could shop the ingredients and assemble bags easily. Years on, people use it to drop quick meals at community centers and doorsteps — or to stock their own emergency pantry and send a homecooked meal to a college kid.
