Templates and tools I've built and given away — grab them, adapt them, and make your own instructional design work easier. No sign-up, just download.
Working tools I built and use myself. They run entirely in your browser — you bring your own AI key (entered once in the app's settings, stored only on your machine, sent only to the provider you choose).
Fox Recast — screenshots to editable slides
Drop images of slides (or a .pptx whose slides are pictures) and AI recreates the text, shapes and backgrounds as fully editable PowerPoint — compare against the original, clean it up, export a .pptx. Works with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or a Copilot Studio agent.
Open the app ↗Fox Guide Me — watch/try simulation builder
The simulation builder from my ChatGPT vs Copilot vs Claude experiment, grown into a real tool. Drop in screenshots, place hotspots exactly where you want them, control pacing, add audio — then export a working watch/try simulation. Save and re-import project files to share work with colleagues.
Open the app ↗Fox Translator — translate courses & docs
Drop a SCORM package, Word doc or PowerPoint deck. It pulls out every piece of text, translates with a glossary you control, lets you review against a live preview, and hands back a ready-to-use file in the original format. Works with Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure, or a server-side proxy.

I share new templates, storyboards and interaction examples on the blog as I make them. Looking for something specific? Send me a note — chances are I have something that'll help, or I'll build it.
